1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FractalWave's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FractalWave provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including social media platforms, search engines, and display networks. Our services are designed to help businesses identify and connect with potential customers who match their target criteria.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates ranging from $40 to $60 per lead, depending on the advertising channel and complexity of targeting requirements. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel: $60 per qualified lead

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the criteria specified in your service agreement. Leads are considered qualified when they:

• Match the demographic and geographic criteria specified
• Have demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service
• Provide accurate contact information
• Have consented to be contacted for business purposes

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience and business requirements
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the leads
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. For detailed information about our data practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Level Agreement

We commit to delivering leads within the timeframes specified for each service tier:

• Social Media Leads: 24-48 hours
• Search Engine Leads: 12-24 hours
• Premium Multi-Channel: 2-12 hours

8. Refund and Replacement Policy

If leads do not meet the agreed-upon quality standards, we will provide replacement leads at no additional cost or issue a full refund for unsatisfactory leads. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

9. Limitation of Liability

FractalWave's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, algorithms, and technologies used in our lead generation process remain the intellectual property of FractalWave. Clients may not reverse engineer or attempt to replicate our systems.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and any prepaid amounts for undelivered services will be refunded.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas.
